enjoy convenient access to parks and local dining options nearby
During my stay, I loved that Hot Springs Park was just a quick stroll away. There were several great restaurants like Kam Lun Chinese Restaurant within a few minutes walk to grab a bite afterward, making my days of exploration really easy and enjoyable. however, the hotel could improve its overall cleanliness, especially in the pool areas, which didn’t seem as well-maintained as I’d hoped.

We enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere and loved the relaxing pools under the sun. The kids had an amazing time splashing around, while we appreciated the peaceful views of the mountains. The staff was accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable despite being a bit rustic.
In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness of the rooms could use improvement. A deeper clean would make it a lot more inviting for families with small children.

The 24-hour jacuzzi was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day. Only downside was the outdoor walkways could use a little sprucing up, but it didn't take away from our good time! 😊

A cozy spot with friendly service but the pools were somewhat crowded and the restaurant could use a boost in efficiency. While the room was clean, it had an uncomfortable bed and thin curtains. Overall, it was a decent experience with room for improvement.

Chill vibes & cozy hot tubs
Loved the 24hr access to the hot tubs—it was awesome to chill out after a fun day! The staff were super cool, especially Nadine, who made checking in a breeze. The diner had some of the best fries ever. Just wish more than one pool was hot lately, kinda bummed about the cold ones.

The room was spacious, which was a nice surprise. I liked the balcony view facing the pool too. But, it had an older smell and could definitely use some updates. The furniture felt outdated, but the fridge was a good plus. The bedding and air conditioning were decent, which made the stay okay overall.
